Royal Mail First Class Delivery (UK) - £1.00 per order under the value of £9.95, Free shipping for all orders over £9.95!

1^st class Royal Mail is usually delivered within 1-3 working days, however please allow up to and including 15 working days for delivery, after which period we will gladly assist you in the unlikely event your order is lost (Royal Mail 1^st class is NOT a traceable service, if you wish to keep a track of your order through the delivery network please select one of the services below PRIOR to completing checkout).

Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery (UK) – Add £2.95 per order.

1^st class recorded delivery is usually delivered within 1-3 days, however it is subject to the same terms and conditions as regular 1^st Class Royal Mail (NB. Recorded delivery is NOT a track and trace service, it simply requires a signature on delivery and is not monitored through the Royal Mail network.).

Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) - £5.95 per order.

Guaranteed next working day by 1PM for orders received before 4pm. *(Except Scottish Highlands and Islands)

Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery (UK) - £12.95 per order.

Guaranteed Saturday delivery for "In stock" items ordered on Thursday evenings & Fridays until 3PM

Standard 1^st Class Airmail (EU) - £2.95 per order.

Usually takes 2-5 working days, although varies on customer's local postal service.(see chart below).

NB. International recorded post is usually delivered within 2-5 days, however please allow a maximum of 17 working days for delivery, after which we can assist in the unlikely event your order is lost.

Premier Darts delivers to selected countries within the European Union (EU). When you have selected your items please select 'EU First Class International Recorded Post £10.00' from the basket page. Below is a full list of European countries which we deliver to:

Order Tracking When you purchase online, we will send you confirmation to the email address that you provided, informing you that we have received your order.

You will also receive an email confirmation when your item/s have been dispatched.
 

1.        Royal Mail First Class Delivery - We cannot guarantee next working day delivery. However, if you need the guarantee of a next day delivery, we recommend Royal Mail's Special Delivery service.

2.        Parcels that are dispatched by Royal Mail Special delivery or International Air Mail will need to be signed for.

3.        In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.

4.        Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.

5.        If you have chosen Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery and an item/s on your order are not available for dispatch for Saturday delivery, then we will dispatch the items on the first available date. This may result in you receiving your item/s on any day excluding Sundays. Any out of stock item/s that are dispatched between Monday-Thursday will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special delivery (next day delivery before 1pm) † Items that become available for dispatch on a Friday will be dispatched for Saturday delivery. Please use the Mobile Fun on-line track and trace facility to monitor your order and check for dispatch times.

6.        IMPORTANT - in signing for a delivery you are accepting the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.

7.        If goods are returned to Mobile Fun because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send goods.

8.        Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 15 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

9.        Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery is only available for "In stock" items purchased between 4PM Thursday and 4PM Friday.
